This morning, as I munched away at my latest breakfast concoction...I reflected on a coworker's question, "why is it you haven't started a food blog?" I love to talk about food, think about food, cook and most importantly eat food. So why not? Well, truth be told, most of the cooking I do is not my own unique creation, thus posting other's recipes feels below-the-belt. But the idea of chronicling my cooking adventures with their unique set of parameters...So, why not do a "Cook's Illustrated" style food blog? Where I cook recipes, link to them & give credit where credit is due. So here it is, the beginnings of the attempt anyhow.
